The easy-to-use app helps workers of any reading level exercise their labour rights. By making labour laws more straightforward to understand, Aapke Adhikar aims to support rural workers in India.
Our Mission
Millions of India's rural and informal workers face daily underpayment and exploitation. Most cannot access even basic labour law protections and remain unaware of their rights. We believe that this situation must change now. With Aapke Adhikar, we offer the only multilingual platform dedicated to empowering workers with clear, actionable information on their rights. Workers can instantly check daily wages and take confident action, all in their own language. We are building an India where no village worker is left unaware, underinformed, or underpaid.
