Our Work
Our work began with a large-scale Menstrual Hygiene Drive, during which we collected and distributed 2,500 sanitary pads and mentored 200+ baijis (women workers on our school campus) on their menstrual health. We also rebuilt a government school and engaged underprivileged children there in games such as Snakes and Ladders. Building on this foundation, we are launching the Aapke Adhikar Labour Rights Workshop for over 1,000 workers in Ajmer, introducing them to our AI-powered platform and helping them understand their rights, wages, and social security benefits. After completing our Ajmer pilot, we aim to launch our flagship campaign, NamakWale, which takes this mission to the ground, fighting for the 20,000+ salt workers in Rajasthan who produce India's salt yet remain invisible under every labour law in the country.

Aapkaस्वच्छता
This was a sub-project within Aapke Adhikar, which addressed the significant gap in menstrual hygiene awareness among the female lower-working-class staff (“baijis”) at our school. We organised a focused workshop and a large-scale sanitary pad drive, collecting over 2,500 pads and distributing them to more than 200 baijis, while providing essential guidance on menstrual health and hygiene practices.

Muskaan : Ajmer
Muskan is one of Aapke Adhikar’s community initiatives focused on children and educational spaces. At Government Senior Secondary School, Ghughra, our team spent one full week (56 hours of community service) revitalising the entire school campus. We repainted school buildings, cleaned classrooms, floors, and walls. Alongside this, we engaged children through interactive games such as Snakes and Ladders and other activities, using play to encourage confidence, curiosity, and joyful learning.

Aapkaअधिकार : Ajmer
In Ajmer, Aapke Adhikar began with an extensive data-collection phase across our own school communities. We gathered over 700 responses from the bhaiya jis and baijis working at Mayo College Girls’ School and Mayo College (Boys), capturing their understanding of labour rights, wage conditions, workplace challenges, and their recommendations for improvement. These insights form the foundation of our AI platform, which is currently under development to ensure it reflects the real needs of local informal workers. We plan to officially launch Aapke Adhikar in mid-January, alongside a large-scale labour-rights workshop for more than 1,000 workers across Ajmer.

NamakWale
NamakWale is a ground campaign fighting for the rights of Rajasthan's salt workers — 20,000+ people who spend their lives on the blinding white salt flats of Sambhar, Nagaur, and Barmer, producing India's salt with no eye protection, no healthcare, and no legal recognition. Through mobile health camps, UV goggle distribution, RTI filings, and a public policy brief, we are documenting the crisis, delivering immediate relief, and pushing for salt workers to finally be recognised under Indian labour law. Because no one who feeds this country should be invisible to it.
